R&M Coatings was started by Ricky Kim — a licensed painting contractor with a background in commercial construction management. Before R&M, Ricky managed superintendent and project manager roles on commercial, municipal, and institutional projects across New Jersey and Pennsylvania — including the coordination of 30+ Wells Fargo branch projects and a $15M+ public library construction project, with over $20M in construction managed.
That background comes with every R&M project: site protection, schedule tracking, quality checkpoints, and clear communication from estimate to final walkthrough. It's not a pitch — it's how we've always worked.
